$1M+ in ad spend managed

Paid media, without the spin.

I run your Meta, Google, and TikTok ads for a flat monthly fee. You see every number every morning, and your budget only grows when the results earn it.

Sound familiar?

Five things you won't have to put up with.

If you've paid an agency or a freelancer to run your ads, you've probably lived at least one of these.

What usually happensThe report looks great. Your sales don't.

Clicks and impressions keep going up, and you still can't tell which ads bring in money.

With meYou see what I see.

Your own dashboard every morning, with your sales or leads and what each one cost.

What usually happensEvery call ends with "raise the budget."

When the fee is a percentage of spend, a bigger budget means a bigger fee.

With meResults first, then budget.

My fee is flat, so I gain nothing when you spend more.

What usually happensA senior sells you. A junior runs your account.
With meYou work with me.

The person on the call is the person inside your account every week.

What usually happensYou only hear from them when the invoice arrives.
With meEvery Monday, five lines.

What we spent, what came in, what I changed, what we learned, and what's next.

What usually happensLeaving means losing your ad account and your data.
With meEverything stays in your name.

After three months it's month to month, and if you leave, you take all of it with you.

Those problems come from how most ad management is sold: paid by your spend, run by juniors, reported once a month. I built Neutral the other way around.

Your dashboard

Know where every dollar went.

Open it any morning and yesterday is already there. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and your website sit side by side, with your goal at the top and what each result cost. You never have to ask how the ads are doing, and you never wait for a monthly PDF.

  • Sales, leads, or messages, and the cost of each one.
  • Any date range, compared with the one before.
  • In English or Spanish.
  • Included in every plan.

TikTok isn't in the dashboard. Its numbers come in your Monday note.

The creative

You make the ads. I tell you exactly which ones.

On Meta and TikTok, the ad itself now does most of the targeting, so "send more content" isn't a plan. Every month you get a one-page brief built from what your account learned: what to make, the angle, the first three seconds, and the reason behind each piece. Your designer, your team, or your phone does the rest.

Every brief covers

  • What worked, and why.
  • What to stop making.
  • Four to eight new pieces, with the hooks written out.
  • Specs and due dates.

No production fees. The only requirement is four new pieces a month, and phone videos count.

Pricing

One flat fee. It doesn't grow with your ad budget.

Start with one platform and add the next when the first one pays off.

At $10,000 a month in ad spend, a 15% agency fee is $1,500. Mine is $600, at any budget.

3 spots at $400 · 3 left

Save at least $1,500 in your first six months.

The next three accounts get the full service for $400 a month instead of $600 for their first six months, with the $300 setup included. In return, once the results are in, I publish them as a case study: real numbers, a text you approve, and your brand's name only if you want it. From month seven you pay the regular price as of the day you signed, locked through your first year.

When these three spots are gone, new accounts pay $600 from day one.

Fit

Is Neutral right for you?

A fit if

  • You want a senior's opinion, and you'll act on it.
  • You can make at least four new pieces of creative a month.
  • You sell something you can count: orders, leads, or bookings.
  • You want your budget to grow with results, not with hope.

Not a fit if

  • You need someone to make the ads.
  • You need results by next week. The platforms take a few weeks to learn.
  • You only want awareness, with nothing to count.
  • You want to double your budget next month, before the numbers say so.

About

Hi, I'm Moisés.

I've been running paid media since 2020, on Meta, Google, and TikTok, for clients in fashion retail, beauty, education, health, legal tech, and humanitarian work, in the US and Latin America. In total, I've managed more than $1 million in ad spend. I'm also a partner at Pomposa, where I run ads management and e-commerce design.

I started Neutral on a simple belief: the person running your ads shouldn't earn more when you spend more. So I charge a flat fee, I grow your budget only when the results earn it, and I show you every number. Your numbers decide if I stay.

I built my own reporting system, from the data pipeline to the dashboard, because I don't trust numbers I can't trace.

You won't be handed to a junior or an account manager. Everything you get comes from me, in English or Spanish, on US business hours.

FAQ

Questions a careful buyer asks.

Where are your case studies?

Client results belong to the businesses that paid for them, so I don't publish them without permission, and I wouldn't publish yours without it either. That's why the next three accounts get a lower rate in exchange for publishing their results. Meanwhile, you don't have to take anyone's word for it: from week two you see your own numbers in your own dashboard.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Anyone who guarantees results before seeing your product, your price, and your margins is guessing. I guarantee the work: the setup, the Monday note, the monthly brief, your dashboard, and a clear answer when something isn't working.

Can you audit my account before I hire you?

A real audit needs access to your ad accounts, your tracking, and your sales data, and it takes days. That's the first week of setup, and it comes with the fixes. On our call I'll tell you what I can see from the outside and whether I can help.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of spend?

A percentage pays the manager more when you spend more, whether or not it works. With a flat fee, the only reason I'd suggest a bigger budget is that your numbers already justify it.

How much should I spend on ads?

Less than you think, at first. We find what works with the budget you have today, then we grow it as the results come in. A focused campaign usually learns faster than a big budget split ten ways.

Why this price, and will it go up?

I don't carry agency overhead: no office, no account managers, no sales team. The $400 rate is only for the next three accounts, in exchange for publishing their results. Prices go up as those case studies are published, and the price you sign at stays locked for 12 months.

What if I can't make four new pieces a month?

Then it's too early, and you'd be paying me to wait. Four is the floor because creative drives most of the results now and every ad wears out. The brief makes it easier than it sounds. Each piece comes with the angle, the hook written out, and the specs, and many are as simple as a phone video.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Ad accounts, pixel, audiences, and campaigns stay in your business's name, and I work through partner access you can remove in one click. If we stop, the dashboard closes, and I'll export your data first if you want it.

How long before I know it's working?

Setup takes up to three weeks, and the first month shows what your account responds to. I make changes based on trends, not single days. Judge it at 90 days. That's why the first term is three months, and why the third monthly call is a 90-day review.

Is the dashboard real-time?

No, and that's on purpose. By 7 a.m. your time, yesterday is complete across every source. Today's numbers keep shifting while the platforms attribute conversions, and decisions made on half a day tend to be wrong. The dashboard covers Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and your website. TikTok numbers come in your Monday note.

What am I signing?

A short service agreement with the scope, the fee, 30 days' notice, and who owns what (you own everything). Three months to start, then month to month. You're billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars, and the platforms bill your ad spend to you directly.

You're in Colombia. How does that work?

The same as working with anyone remote, on your hours. Colombia is on UTC-5 all year, which matches Eastern time in winter and Central time in summer. Calls in English or Spanish, contracts in English, invoices in dollars. You pay by card, through Stripe.

Your next step

Three spots at $400. When they're gone, it's $600.
